One is for oil injection, the other vacuum for the petcock.

this has multiple holes for multiple blast tech (nitrous? boost bottle? oil injection?) I sealed mine with an m6 bolts, o-rings and some grey rtv. The intake is identical to stock but fits a clamp on phgb perfeto. If you are kitting, get this.
