I installed this on my 79 Puch Maxi to replace a broken stock fixture and it fit in the original spot with without any modification necessary. It feels like a good quality fixture and I like the two orange reflectors that come on the sides of the light.
Used the original nuts and bolts from the stock fixture to mount it to the rear fender and it worked like a charm. The interior plugs from the original wire harness fit perfectly on the new sockets, including the grounding wire.
The only issue I ran into was that while the original 10 watt brake light bulb fit into the new socket, the 5 watt license plate bulb did not. I ran to Auto Zone and picked up a 3.4 watt 57 LL bulb and it fit perfectly with no problems yet.
Great fixture for the price and easy to install on a Puch Maxi.

I received it and the lens had a hairline crack down the center (wasn't too worried about that) but then I opened it up and started mucking around with the ground and power connections and good grief... both metal tabs that provide the ground and power were poorly constructed... took a lot of bending to get them to always make a connection, otherwise the light will flicker on and off. not bad but certainly not the best.

Plastic is kinda cheap, easy to mount on a maxi... i can't seem to find the small bulb though, the large one is good though.

The housing and mounting was pretty easy to do and durable. The important electrical stuff on the inside was poorly built and lasted about a month and a half before losing all functionality.
