NOS tomos speedometer cable for pre 2001 / 2003 model tomos mopeds. this will usually fit A3 87-91 golden bullet, A35 92-06 targa, lx, sprint, tt, classic, bullet, and colibri. you must double check the measurements below tho to make sure this is what you need as tomos sometimes come with different configurations.

A35 03-06 sprint and lx might use this cable instead so you must check! did you remember to check? good

about 760mm long speedo cable threads are 10mm x 1mm at the small end and 11mm x 1 at the large end.

Speedo cable inner square end is 2mm x 2mm

**please note it has recently come to our attention that tomos is producing these incorrectly. The threading should be 11 x .75 at the large end. We will have an improved version soon (winter 2020). In the meantime you can use the inners as they are a direct replacement**

the aforementioned information no longer applies as the current cables in stock are the nos original cables. we only have a few of them. get em while yah can... these don't really grow on trees yah know?

Did not work for my Tomos Targa LX 1994 model.	July 6, 2018

I purchased this for my Tomos Targa 1994 lx.

The smaller nut fit perfectly. But it the larger nut did not attach properly to the speedo or the wheel hub device. It eventually popped off and wrapped around the casing causing damage to the cable.

I don't know if I purchased the wrong cable. I was told tomos used two types of speedo cables. So maybe I merely purchased the wrong size. But if this cable featured just one more small screw nut it would of worked perfectly and wouldn't have warped.

I'd really like to return it but I feel returning a broken product would be useless.

I am new to mopeds but I made the assumption that this cable would have worked for me. 15 dollars of my budget gone :(.

Treatland gives good service I just need a proper cable. I need to know how fast I'm going. This moped is my very first automotive I've ever owned.
