Recently Purchased a 1982 Suzuki FZ50, but sadly the headlight bulb was blown. I'm really glad I was able to find this Non-Sealed headlight unit for sale!!! The best part has to be the interchangeable bulb, plus it fits perfect onto the headlight frame! And I am very grateful for the pervious reviewer who had left a guide for the wiring! I can now ride my bike at night :]

Went in like OEM, the only gripe I'd have is the green ground plug is smaller than the OEM plug it goes into, so I just used pliers and crimped it down for a nice solid connection. Way easier/cheaper to replace headlight bulbs now! Also I'm going to post Calder's advice on wiring here so you don't have to ask like me!
Replacement headlight wiring: Green=Ground Blue= LO White=HI
OEM wiring: Black/White=Ground White=LO Yellow=HI

My bulb was blown when I bought the shuttle. I looked everywhere for a new headlight but those costs more than $60 and you can't even change the bulb! So glad this popped up on Google search! I didn't need to alter anything! Took old one out and put this in. Fitment 100% perfect and works fantastic! Unfortunately my headlight only works when I have it hooked to the horn wires but that's another problem I have with my shuttle itself haha. Ahh. The headlamp came with the trim and everything. It legit is easy to hook up. I did transfer the wire clips from the Stanley to this for easy removal but that's optional. Thanks treatland.
