The black cap popped off on the 2nd install of these after taking off the sidecover for some maintenance.  They look nice, but they're quite fragile.  The trick seems to be to not really tighten them.  Put them in only enough to hold the sidecover in place, but don't tighten at all beyond that or the black cap gets broken and falls off.  They'll be great so long as you're gentle!

Treats has also been great in dealing with my issues with these bolts.  Thanks again, guys!

These side cover bolts are m5's so be aware of that, I was hopping to these would be m6 so I could use them on my Sachs G3 side covers but they won't work.

They look awesome though
