Measure the ring groove on the piston to confirm first, though. Variances in ring thickness might depend on if it was made by TCCD or RGD.
Just measured a recently purchased TCCD 70 kit and the ring was 1.5mm, The ring also worked well as John K. mentioned on a 70cc mystery piston in a Treats cylinder.

the TCCD 70 takes a 2mm ring, not a 1.5...
DERP that misinformation might be cause for the lousy review and multiple seizes on the kit...
but yeah, can you guys please get the 2mm rings in for the TCCD?? pretty please? i really don't want to buy a whole new piston while an otherwise perfectly good one is rendered useless.

They need to put in discription that this will fit the tccd kit too. Some dude says in a review on the 70cc tccd kit "be careful with the ring. You can only get ring in piston ring combo." Be sure to get the the split of the ring were the keeper is. You'll see if you look hard enough
