blue plastic race panels that mount to your rear shocks for displaying your race numbers, or just for looking slick. mounts pretty easily, but the rear mounting hole might require you to drill a hole in your fender, or make a bracket.

tested for use with puch maxi, although they will probably work with lots of other mopeds, too.
