version 6.4!!! long overdue is the lighter and stronger jammer for 2019! featuring single piece, pre-chamfered clutch pads versus the old roll pinned multi layer pads of the past. sorry it took so long bbs

new 3 shoe clutch designed for jammin. cut with lasers from egyptian steel, springs sprung from the finest of springy spring steel, friction material sourced from the depths of the andes mountains. maybe.

comes with 3 sets of springs 1.5mm, 1.6mm, and 1.7mm (spring wire diameter). The weakest springs are installed on the clutch when you get it.

NEW best fluid is motorex ATF as it's designed specifically for crazy high stall spin-out performance on KTM dirtbikes. royal purple is also a winner! but we're busy dudes currently working on jammer v12 so we encourage everyone to try different oils/fluids and report back with your findings. actually, you'll need to have a full report written from the tribologist if you decide to use something crazy.

***we suggest soaking the clutch in atf or whatever oil you plan on running over night to saturate the friction material prior to running it. this will help prevent premature de-lamination/excessive wear of the friction material.***

all bolts come installed with threadlock applied to them. if you choose to change springs, we suggest that you reassemble with a quality high temp threadlock!

***these now come partially disassembled***

need some spare parts to get your jammer up to snuff?

juleon likes these malossi springs so if you are seeking different springs, look no further.

specs:
total weight of the clutch - 398g +/- 5g
shoe weight - 28g per shoe (replacement shoes will be available shortly!)
10.9 grade black oxide hardware

e50 its what tis one's for

You need to rip like 8-10k to use this thing to its full potential.  if you can't don't buy it.

2 of 5 Springs break within 40 miles of riding May 28, 2023
taco eater : Clark Davis from Overland Park, KS United States
I ran this clutch on my maxi with 64cc polini kit, 15mm bing, techno circuit pipe and hpi mini rotor ignition. With just one day of riding the springs break and the bike won't idle I swapped for a puch 3 shoe clutch with blue springs. Way more reliable than this clutch design. The springs wore grooves in the thin metal where the springs attach. Pretty sure the design needs reevaluation.

I think my clutch is broken in. 200 miles..
This clutch slips , engages, performs better than I thought. When I finish a ride and look at my Maxi. The pull , the performance exceeds expectations. I keep saying to myself...I had no Idea I could do this..

5 of 5 3 years on a kit, still works great June 5, 2022
taco eater : Ed from NY, United States
Installed for 3 years on a mild TCCD 70cc/low comp head kit, about 800-1000 miles done in that time, no issues, still works great. Running the same springs it shipped with and using the absolute cheapest type F ATF my landlord left in the garage.

4 of 5 CHANGE OUT THE SPRINGS!!!!! September 15, 2021
taco eater : William Barrett from Plymouth, MA United States
The only complaint I have about this cluth is the springs. I had one snap on my very first ride. Save yourself some time and put in the malossi springs. I used the white ones and everything is running great now. I'll say it one more time. CHANGE OUT THE SPRINGS!!
