There's a factory tool for reaming these after they're pressed in... I have it and haven't done a bushing on a crank yet, but when I do, I'll post back.

did anyone below ream their bushing to proper spec after installing their bushing?
I highly doubt it. No jumping the gun, ya can't just press it in and expect it to be the perfect size.
to those who did ream it properly and have one on a kitted setup, anything past 8500 rpm is liquification zone. (needle bearings ftw)
they are fine if you know what you are doing.

Worked okay for almost 1000 miles on stock 50cc, but got obilterated somewhere around 900mi. all that was left was brass coloured sluge. piston and cylender came out unscathed.
order some more good ones guys!

Installed correctly. Drilled holes and reemed the thing. It lasted maybe 3 months of daily commuting on a kitty till it disappeared. All that was left was a golden glaze. Piston and cylinder came out surprisingly unscathed.

I picked up this bushing but it had no oil holes. So I drilled 2 and popped the old bushing out. Pressed this one in with the C clamp method and everything seemed to line up. Worked well for less than 100 miles before I broke down and found my spark plug covered in melted/disintegrated brass and the piston had fragments too. The cylinder looks fine and a bit of the lower piston ring broke off. Pulled the semi-fused bushing and con rod out to find fragments of brass and a barely recognizable bushing. Running the 45mm 70cc alukit by the way.
