So, all you need to do to make this work on a Garelli that has a hole in the hub for the drive, is to grind 2 flat spots on the hub so the 2 tabs can be bent out slightly to sit down in those slots. Use a washer between the drive and the hub for spacing and it's all good. ALSO, the speedo cable provided works with the stock Garelli speedometer.

I put this on my bike and broke the cable within a week or so (but that was my fault for kinking the housing) The supplied transversal cable fit into my Puch VDO drive...but barely. Better to change to the correct drive gear.
Pretty accurate with speed and I added stick on numbers under the kilometer numbers; basically can read up to 75mph. Installed a 12V speedo bulb for seeing at night too.
Just has a nice classic OEM look. Should fit bullet headlights as well.
