This will work for older tomos moped it fit my 05 perfectly I just it under my engine cover my bike is a Targa I used rivets to hold it on it still slides off when I want it to but you could use screws with revets you cant use the top mount for the engine shroud but it stays just fine its held in place by lower screws and the lip on the bottom of the head tube.
