The notches in the engagement bar are too narrow to grasp the gear. A little file work is required. The other parts are different and I had to add a #6 push nut to hold the spring to the nub on the back of the mode selector knob. Maybe I assembled it wrong???

This thing broke my brain

Absolutely broke my brain. I have no clue whatsoever how the heck one is supposed to put that pin under the bracket facing up while the bracket is under the welded on housing. I ended up bending it up and then bending it back down. In doing so I bent it enough to no longer stay over the pin on the bottom switch unless the switch is in the engaged position. So it's permanently engaged and I'm permanently praying it doesn't slip.
It felt like when you're about to leave the house and can't find your keys but know that you put them somewhere obvious and your house is completely clean. There's just something obvious you're missing.
2 stars only because I feel like I must have missed something obvious, but I could not for the life of me find documentation.

The one in the picture is for a 11 tooth drive gear, the locking lever may skip out of the gear teeth if you use it for a different size gear.
