No special toolage or tap needed, you need make sure the old crush gasket is removed, then just thread the nut without the pipe into the cylinder, the 0,5 oversize allows it to follow the original thread and cut new ones. Then just unthread it from the cylinder and add it to your pipe. Make sure you have a new crush gasket for the exhause, reusing the old one never works ALSO you need to get the cylinder heat soaked then retight the big nut, or it will shake loose.
