this is a tiny tiny minuscule baby plastic bushing type thing for your motobecane gurtner stock carburetor! pretty sure it goes on the atomizer bushing but i could be wrong. this is kept in place by the atomizer/diffuser retaining bolt thing. number 14 I THINK on the diagram.

Nr 14 is the brass retaining nut. Sadly, no idea where it goes.
