I have destroyed two base plates because those damn things backed out an stripped the threads, even when I installed them with red loctite. As long as you get in the habit of snugging them up before you start the engine, it works fine.

I dig this thing. Works really well and easy to mess with. Also if you have half a clever bone in your body you'll figure out that if you really want to you can flip it over and run it with the weights on the inside.
