Nothing crazy out of whack here, just a couple of little excess material in some spots from the mold.
Slight fondle with a file and its solid for Av7
Also helps to port the transition from round to square to a true 19mm

casting is a little lack luster but it seals well anyway.
Fits real nice a suzuki ts50x and lets you put a vm18 or a clamp on phbg on it! neat!

Put this on my AV7 with a 70 CC parma kit, Had to do alot of filling on the fins on the parma kit to get the intske to the sweet spot but it was nothing a little dremel work couldnt fix

put this on my mostly stock AV7,(derestricted pipe), but had to file a little off the top of the mounting flange to clear cooling fins,put on a 15mm Amal with a homemade sheet metal shim , and bam! gained 8mph over the Gurtner and stock curvey intake, NICE! Liked it so much, bought another for my kitted moby with 19 phbg, was a perfect port match for 74 airsal, and fully variates on 50v without conflict.(Malossi E8 filter)

no problems, my carb mounted perfectly. there was a small lip on the inside that i filed down.
Fits fine, cast is kinda rough
