MBK 51 locking bar device for the rear wheel i think? there's a plastic sleeve that the lock cylinder and bar assembly goes into and locks against. very cool!

overall length = 126mm
15mm OD for the majority of the shaft
10mm OD for the last 16mm of the shaft

plastic sleeve fits in the headset tube and acts as a holder when the lock is not in use. when you use it, pull it out from the sleeve and insert into the slot on the swing arm

I am going to buy one to verify... but I am pretty sure this goes in the 51V square swingarm. There is a large hole in the swingarm on the driven side. I always wondered what the original looked like!
