After years of studies carried out on every type of scooters, the
engineers of Malossi feel satisfied with their work which achieved
and exceeded the three fundamental objectives of the project:
COMFORT, SAFETY, RELIABILITY
In order to attain these results, dozens of prototypes were
conceived, invested hundreds of hours of lab analysis and
performed exhausting road tests, with single rider and with a
passenger.
This immense task has been characterized by the proverbial
meticulousness that distinguishes our brand, because Malossi

- Sliding on DU GUIDE bush (compound obtained by sinterization of a layer of spheroidal bronze on a strap of suitably shaped lowcarbon steel with subsequent impregnation and coating with a PTFE + FB mixture)
- SEALTHANE 9345 grade polyester resin scraper ring
- Regulation of spring preloading by means of ring nut with 4 positions
- Special low-viscosity oil, pratically unaffected by temperature changes
