I got this seat for my 1980 Kawasaki kz440. It is just right. It is exactly as wide as my frame is. After hacking off all the old seat mounts and rear rack fender garbage, a few lil tweaks with a mig and some scrap I gotta nice looking seat. I think it would look just a tad too wide for a magnum.
