Jug is good quality, you will need a 1-2mm spacer between jib and case so the intake ports fully uncover at BDC. Hassle but most aftermarket parts need modification.
the provided “40mm” piston is not. Piston diameter at the skirt is 39.90mm.
Sadly I did not measure before install and believed the seizures were due to lean conditions or air leak . I ordered a replacement piston, honed the cylinder, added a 1mm spacer with 2 base gaskets on either side. High temp gasket sealer, new head gasket, upjetted to a .84 jet, replaced crank seals again.
Seized again, measured tolerances and found it to be .07mm out of spec.

Sooooo I had ordered the stocko kit but treats sent me this instead by accident and I didn't notice for like a year a half until I had to replace a trashed piston but it didn't fit!
It's a nice kit, probably a good replacement over a stock cylinder. Be warned, the MLM peoples pipe doesn't fit on this guy, on the backside of the flange there is a huge gap left, not even the crush gasket worked for me.

i bought this for my nc50 build.. excellent quality. you will need to get out your grinder to grind off some fins and make room for the foot pegs. also, you will want to tap the decompression hole and put a set screw in to plug it. that's it.. ride on.. nice kit.
