*** NOTE this is almost everything ya need to build a ripping honda elito 50, dio, or kymco/sym clone scooter with essentially the same engine. you will likely want a new drive belt as well, but that will depend on the rear pulley that you are running (ZX pulley vs stock elite/dio SR). as of 8/21/24, no throttle cable is included!!! we've got some on the way though! ***
***NOTE the rear
mounting bracket holes on the exhaust may not line up perfectly. like most moped /
scooter parts, you'll need to do some modifications to the rear bracket
to get everything to work perfectly.***
this does NOT come with a complete engine gasket set BUT the polini cylinder kit does include top end gaskets. 1993 and older SA50 elite 50 uses a paper case gasket (not included). 1994 and newer uses liquid gasket maker.
you'll also want to grab some main jets (80s and 90s ranges are a good place to start) and some idle jets (40s range)
the included malossi variator comes with 7g weights, but you may want to grab some lighter 16x13 variator weights to play with as well!
we HIGHLY suggest that you delete your oil injection system and run premix since this is a performance setup. grab an oil injection delete plug here.
