Pretty much a Puch clutch. Surflex manufactured high quality stuff. Pretty sure flipped puch shoes would fit with a little work if the ones on it go south.
Installed with the plate facing out. Fit into an NOI bell with the stock thick shim/washer thingy sanded down so the bell had healthy end play and one of those Splined washer under the clutch. I'd rather clamp down on the hardened splined washer than the splines on the clutch. This also puts the groove in the pads over the oil holes in the bell. I honestly don't know if thats good or not but yolo. There's probably a right way to do it. Mopeds.
Performs like a puch clutch. v nice. Tunability!
If you could press an NOI gear into a puch bell you could probably rig a puch starter to work somehow. Idk. I just use a string to pull start cause im hip.

Alright, If you're tired of your Garelli not making it up big hills where the Garelli masters hang out and replacing rubber clutches and bushings... look no further.
This thing fits the NOI bell with proper shimming(16mm) and accepts standard e50 springs, but it doesn't really need em. The ones installed would probably fall between the ESO springs and the e50 KS springs!
If you're asking yourself... "Hey, what if I add some friction material and use the stock starter spring and plate?" ~ Don't bother (This isn't worth the trouble, trust me), but if you have a KS team motor, lucky you!
A reverse pullstart (counter clockwise) is the easiest solution. **Disclaimer** this will require cutting the stock flywheel cover and modifying the flywheel slightly or ditching the cover completely (Don't get this if you want to avoid mods). I'll be on the black SSXL at the top of the hill. xoxo
