its called the fourth hand so wheres the third hand? i guess you still need a friend to help, maybe.. no way this tool is amazing all you really need is one hand! its great you slide the cable inside and it tightens down so you can easily adjust your front and rear brake cable so you can have the most amazing brakes and do mad skidzz all day long!

if you choose to rip vespa, you pretty much need this to get the tension correct on the weird cable stop!!

okay this is a total game changer. good enough quality for a special tool that doesn't get used often. makes life a million times easier. especially when using pinch bolt brakes like tomos. grab one in your next order you won't regret it.
