Okay Here's the trick to seal your header and baffle up real nice with this clamp. Okay take a sheet of tin-foil fold it hotdog style until it's about 1" wide then wrap it multiple times at the joint, useing a flathead pray the clamp apart and slip it over the tinfoil, and clamp that bitch down for the nicest fit and no leaks at all.
Update: copper foil would probably work even better! my momma does not use copper "tinfoil" in the kitchen but I do believe I've seen it.

Used this to affix a Jamarcol Fuego baffle to a 28mm Batavus header.
While it works well enough, I did have to cut the little 90 degree tab off of this to make it so. Even then, I had to tighten it a WHOLE lot to make it actually seal the joint.
Meh, still cheaper than a welder

Needs more clampage. Had to grind away some of the clamp to get it to close all the way. Used on a recomended baffle and the clamp will not tighten the baffle onto the header even when tightened to the modified maximum. I wish the double strong clamp came in 28mm...
