metal leftside replacement lever, this fits right onto most vespa domino assemblies i've seen, check double check then replace away. no spring included, but it can't work with a spring really anyway... about 4.5" long...

this lever is meant for the left dual lever assemblies. the older ones. this is the clutch lever. you could probably use this as brake levers though and they would be small and funny...

i think you might be able to use these on the left too, but i'll leave that for you to find out
