NEW SHBC dellorto 19.19D carburetor. flat slide, pull choke, push it pull it, uh hu

fits where normal PHBG carburetors fit. same phbg clamp style mount. comes with 1mm thick shim, so it has a 24mm ID, so it would fit on a 24mm intake.

uses regular dellorto jets, mains #1486

seems to be a lot going on here, mixture and idle screws. some kind of idle jet on the outside! main and starter jets inside. filter size approx 60mm. sort if like a phbg - sha hybrid monster. comes with a sweet airbox setup already installed

are there any tuning manuals for this carb? Working on guess work at the momnet and seems to run fine probably would run better with correct adjustments and yes a cable choke would be helpful for start ups

Great modern replacement carb for Lambretta LD 150	July 5, 2021

Bought this carb as a replacement for the clapped-out original MA19 on my Lambretta LD 150. I only needed to remove the inlet shim, rotate the fuel inlet banjo a bit for clearance. Fits perfectly on the inlet stub, fits behind the side panel, looks like it belongs on the scoot, and so far, running great with the stock jetting once I backed off the idle jet a couple of turns. If need be I have a selection of compatible jets to play with. One last thing to do, is to see if I can convert it to cable choke because it is a bit of a PITA to have to pop off the side panel every time I start it cold. I have various old Dell'Orto choke parts from other carbs, so I'm sure I can bodge something together.
