My magnum X came with a crusty Bing 17 that was missing the idle screw + spring and needle clip so I bought this kit. When I opened the (sealed) bag, everything was in there except the idle spring and needle clip. Not sure if they forgot to throw it in at the factory or if they stopped including those. Kind of a bummer but I had a spare needle clip laying around and now my carb isn't sucking in air through the idle screw hole so good enough for me
