does NOT come with the quill stem wedge and wedge bolt :( sorry!

needs it own specific upper yoke so don't try and sneak this in where it's not wanted!

non-adjustable, but that way at least you won't go to bump start your bike and when you pull the clutch in you end up pushing the handle bars all the way over your head light like a guy in a clown suit because you didn't tighten your clamps down enough... not that i've done that ever or anything...
