solid wheel with some rust on the drum that can be taken care of with some sanding. some minor surface rust on the chrome rim. spins surprisingly true with no major dings or dents in the rim. this is a functional wheel that'll get ya down the road...not for your restoration!!

tire is old and crappy and will need to be replaced.
