This won’t fit the output shaft in a 504. Can’t speak for a 505, but it’s 15 x 30 x 5 you want in a 504. Check Myronsmopeds for the correct sizing to be sure.
On my ‘77 Sachs 504;
Output and clutch side- 15 x 30 x 5
Magneto side- 15 x 35 x 7
