The inside needs to be finished with a dremel, lots of machining imperfections inside. To fit my 19mm dellorto carb, I had to remove the little air vent to get the carb to fit against the puch frame. I actually like the "round hole" angled intake a little better although if you want to use the plastic engine cover you'll need this one.

Would have been nice if they could have angled it a bit more away from the engine but if you put the carb on first then mount it to the engine it installs fine.

Like the other guy said, it won't clear a pinto frame without work.

the carb wont clear the frame on my swinger unless i mill down the mating surface on the intake... other than that this thing looks pretty well made.

Ideal fit for a dellorto PHBG 19mm clamp style carb. I would use it on my puch but just got a new k star cylinder party pack. Going 70cc woop woop.
