Dang thing fit perfect on my Garelli Rally Sport. If you get a new exhaust get a gasket ya dummy.

Slightly bigger ID and slightly smaller on the outside too (vs the other one like this) so it fit my AJH without trimming. The other one I had to trim 1/16" off the outside to clear the fins.

Caution with stock E50 cylinders

oversized for stock E50 jugs... if you haven't already taken a dremel to your cylinder fins to accommodate whatever super-future-mega-awesome exhaust you're using, then you may have to trim the gasket itself a little bit.
Patience, a steady hand, and some wire-snips or a dremel can cut these down to size. Good otherwise.
The ones I received didn't have that thin piece of corrugated metal in the middle of the softer material, they were just one uniform, metallic fibrous material... made trimming them a little easier.

These fit k-stars, Athenas and other kits with lots of fins in the exhaust port area without having to cut and trim. They seal nicely too. Too bad they came back into stock the day after I just placed an order. Waaaaah, but yeaaaaaaah!

When I take the pipe off, sometimes it sticks to the pipe, sometimes it sticks to the cylinder..
