BACK FROM THE DEAD!!! a true relic from the past, available for a LIMITED time! polini has reissued their amazing 70cc 46mm water cooled cylinder kit for lotsa honda bikes - most 70s honda mopeds/nopeds use the same/similar/interchangeable cylinder. water cooled + cast iron + hobbit might just equal the ultimate long distance kit!

check first to be sure, but this will fit for sure on HOBBIT CAMINO PX PA50 PA50II EXPRESS NU50 and so on. on NA50 and possibly other express models the kit will fit right beside the drain plug on the case. it is so close that you will either need to have a custom bolt to drain the oil or remove the kit to drain the oil, or ?

cast iron cylinder features the same porting (i think) as the air cooled polini offering!! tons of ports and a lovely dual ring piston, includes, as always all gaskets rings piston n such to get ya going! lots of room to explore the ports with your trusty dremel if ya know what i mean...hehehe.

uses a long thread ES spark plug

I bought it for my urban express. The kit runs great, never had a more consistent power band, and it's significantly quieter than my DR ever was, but I spent the first 3 days fighting leaks. The head gasket has no O-ring, so you have to have all the head bolts torqued perfectly, otherwise it will slowly leak into the combustion chamber, causing your plug to foul every time it sits. Another issue I had was that coolant kept exiting out of my head bolts, I fixed this by adding 4 O-rings. I am running a small 50cc dirtbike radiator and temps stay between 170 and 200 when I'm cruising at 40+ mph on my gravel road path. I bet the Polini radiator listed would cool it perfectly. Everything else is great on the kit, I expect it to run forever from now on, Liquid cooling for the win!
TLDR: kit is fine, but can be finicky for leaks because there is no o-ring on the head gasket. Buy it for a challenge and some long range crusin'!
