*loctite the reed screws you dummies!*
Got these for my stock cyl and intake a35, took some creativity to get them installed, but a huge improvement over my tired stock reeds.
Had to sand down the actual reed itself because it was being bound up in the edge intake port of the cylinder, also had to mildly port the cyl intake for the cage to sit flush. Also the holes were not drilled correctly in relation to how the block sits against the intake port, so I had to hog those out too. Took about 45 minutes of modification, but the gains were worth it. Improved idle, much better response and torque in the lower revs, no noticeable top speed gain, but overall my bike is obviously running better and accelerates noticeably quicker. Happy camper.

This was a definite improvement over the stock Polini reed block, but the paper only lasted about four or five months so, I don't know, buy extra reeds or reed paper. Definitely use red locktite on these little guys and for added security, I filled the unwanted volume in my intake with material which also locks the petal and the screws in place with nowhere to back out and come loose. my favorite out of all the 'tomos/peugeot' style reeds i've tried.
ya gotta loctite the screws and tighten em down ya dummies. red loctite for sure.
the nylon reed block seals up to warpy or rough flanges, like on puch polini. use good gaskets and motoseal to be extra safe.

i had the exact same thing happen to me as the other guy.
screws worked loose, petal went into the cylinder, but I wasnt so lucky and it ruined the head, cylinder, piston, and crank.
this is a pos.

These things made me rip, they were amazing. Then one day on the way to class, I heard a rattle in my motor, slowed down as fast as I could, and had seized by the time I pulled over. The rivets holding the metal stopper flap had stripped and the metal went under my piston into the crank. I got really lucky and nothing else was damaged, but I will not buy these again.
