new old stock plate that goes under the motor and prevents dirt and road debris from getting in the subframe! most of the time these plates are removed and never re-installed.

untouched by the hands of time...well not really. these have been kickin around since the 80's for sure!! as you can see by the photos, they have some a lot of scratches n light surface rust. no complaining!!

Nice to have if you must ride in sloppy conditions. Its missing the little cut outs for the taillight wiring but thats easy to do yourself.
