This is not your ordinary ballpoint pen type spring. This spring is of the springiest variety and of a superior quality to the junk that was on my bike before. If you are rocking an old, worn out, possibly even limp brake spring this is your fix. This spring the rear of my NC50 better than what was on there, wth more stored energy to keep your brake levers responsive. Bring your grip strength while installing. I would reccommend this product to everyone except people with weak hands.
