Great upgrade for ya stock e50.  The size you need is BR6HIX.  Stop fouling around and get a iridum plug

Consistent performance for a long time.

I tuned my bike on two different carbs and rode a whole season on the same plug (7 heat range in a V1 Gila).  Try doing that with a copper plug and just one carb without fouling it.  It's also nice because you're not accidentally chewing through temp sensor washers every other month, not that that happens all the time but it can if you're not careful...and I know some of you aren't the most "suave"...

It's worth it.
