The countersink on the brace plate no longer looks like the product pic… instead of a nice perfect circle you get a squiggly starburst that might need some cleaning up. The holes for the bolts are also oversized on the latest batch, used to be a nice snug fit :(

Like mentioned previously countersink the posts or the screw heads will stick out and scrape your clutch bell! Also, I personally did not like the hex head screws it came with they stripped out almost immediately but hey maybe I’m a dummy, got some new ones from the auto section at the hardware store. Other wise this thing is neat!

Countersink the posts to allow for the bottom of the screw head taper to go all the way down and seat in the brace. It will sink in flush and snug things up nice. Otherwise, the taper will sit on top of the dang hole.
Also, you don't NEED to use a drill press, but your life will be easier if you do.

If your running black kick start springs (and i hope you are, cause they are the only springs worth running) then YOU HAVE TO USA A BRACE! Get this, all the stuff you need, works with 2 & 3 shoes cool!
