threw this on a cursed 1hp ssxl that had some wacky clamp on pipe when I got it. (yes, THAT bike from the ct craigslist...) Went from 17mph to a FAT 24mph. basically what I'm saying is this pipe is definitely gonna be a ripper once I regear, swap the carb/intake for a 15 and maybe do some porting.. For now the pipe is boss, looks and feels great. Took a little bit of filing the holes to fit the exhaust studs, but really nothing major. Boltable as hell and definite gains in speed. Buy it, bud.

I put this on my Garelli Gran Sport LTD but to make it fit i needed to widen and slightly rotate the cylinder mounting holes and cut the rear mounting point for clearance and it lined up pretty well with one of the engine mounting bolts so I secured it there. It is a very nice pipe.

Fits perfect on the 1980 Garelli Rally Sport. I'm blastin' up hills and leaving all the scooter kids in the dust.
Bolted on with no problems and took about 15min. Mounts perfectly to the kickstand, but you need to get a pedal arm extender! And the extender does not have a pin so scoop up a pin for it, I got the 8.8mm pin and the 9mm pin and the 9mm was too big, but that 8.8mm was perfect.

So I really like this pipe, its pretty clean and has good welds, looks nice but the holes on the flange are literally off a half a degree from making it perfect. I had to drill less than a mm out of the slots on the flange to make it work which is no big deal but it is something to think about.

Excellent choice for anyone looking to upgrade their stock Garelli NOI. It went on with little effort however the support bracket will require some grinding. Make sure to get a longer 8MM bolt and locking washer this will make life much easier and unless you want to crush your new pipe get wider pedals. Its quiet but you feel it when it wakes up. Love the sound it makes when you let off the throttle.
