I have a 78 rally sport with the 70cc polini kit.
I think I just happened to get a bad one. this piece looks great and is very well made, but I had to put it in a vice and file it down flat on the side that attaches to the cylinder because the welds were so large that they didn't allow the bolts screws to go in right. I repainted it afterwards, and it works great as far as I can tell.
