Checks the box on value and probably would pass an inspection but not all that functional as a mirror. The lightweight plastic stem gets all jiggly wiggly with any vibration (aka anything about a moped) resulting in a rearview vista akin to an impressionist painting during the day and an itunes visualizer at night. Maybe it would work on a bicycle?
