This guy doesn’t fit the fan shroud mount of the 103. It directly interferes with it. Only option I can see is to maybe grind the mount down.

The 108 fan and the 103 work on the 6932 CEV flywheel on most V1 engines
this is an excellent replacement for the 103 fan
it is countersunk for the bolts and to can see the points without taking off the fan
if you broke your fan
get this one
