This is definitively the LEFT SIDE.

uses your original screws and mounting hardware! need a back clamp ?

please check your existing switch and compare to the photo to VERIFY that this is the correct side as there has been some confusion as to whether or not this is the left or right side base. sometimes we get confused? it'll be ok though

I bought what I thought was the left side switch base. Guess what showed up??? The right side switch base is what I received.

So i decide to do a little research. Sure enough this listing for a right side base is wrong. Notice the handle bar clamp mounts are about middle of the switch base on bottom?? That's a left side base NOT a right.

A real right side switch base will have the clamp mounts on the end and not the middle.

So in short treats has got both of these switched in the warehouse as well as on the site.

Will be contacting treat when they open to rectify this so pay attention for updated ads to appear.

EDIT TREATS : THIS IS THE LEFT SIDE!!! THIS PROBLEM WAS CORRECTED. THANKS FOR LETTING US KNOW!!! 5 TACOS 4 U.

upon buying another set I noticed comments from the left side unit, and wanted to point out the set I installed for a customer fit like a glove and look the business
