Tried putting it on my ZA50, and accidentally sent it into orbit around my garage after 5 failed attempts at putting it on
I guess that means it is in fact a spring, but probably not for a ZA50

Stop using zipties to hold you kickstand up and leaning your moped against stuff. It works great but doesn't have that snap back action, you kinda got to help it, but its solid.

Works on swinger pinto frame.

Works great on swinger or pinto frame. Just a little too long for maxi but no problem bungee cord fixed that. Would buy again better then an old rusty one. Always carry a bungee.
It can be for ZA 
Definitely not for a ZA50
